用英語(yǔ)說(shuō)我想要某物

如果你知道或者看見(jiàn)某人擁有某物，可以用could或may來(lái)進(jìn)行禮貌地提問(wèn)。在一些非正式場(chǎng)合中，也可以用can。在過(guò)去，在要求獲得某物的時(shí)候并不會(huì)用到can，它只會(huì)在表示能力時(shí)才使用。在英國(guó)，劍橋大學(xué)出版的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)材料中，就用到了can you lend me(你能借給我)、can I have(我能••••••)等句型。在美國(guó)，這種形式仍被認(rèn)為是錯(cuò)誤的，人們更傾向于使用May I have…(我能•••••••)。

不要用please來(lái)作為句子的開(kāi)頭，但是你可以在句尾加上please來(lái)表示禮貌。
NOT: Please give me a pen.
錯(cuò)誤：請(qǐng)給我一支鋼筆。
Correct: Could you give me a pen, please?
正確：能請(qǐng)你給我一支鋼筆嗎?

You can also ask for things using 'Could I ...' with verbs such as 'borrow', 'have', and 'use'.

Indirect Questions - Even More Polite
間接提問(wèn)——更加禮貌
我們也可以通過(guò)間接地提問(wèn)來(lái)向別人要求某物，從而顯得更加禮貌。間接提問(wèn)經(jīng)常會(huì)用在正式場(chǎng)合或與陌生人說(shuō)話時(shí)用到。它們?cè)谡Z(yǔ)法上的難度也更高一些。間接提問(wèn)會(huì)使用Do you think…(你認(rèn)為)I wonder……(我想知道)和Would it be alright if ...(如果•••••••可以嗎)等短語(yǔ)。

記住，在你用英語(yǔ)向別人要求某物時(shí)，有可能是從別人手中借來(lái)(borrow)某物，也就是說(shuō)，別人將某物借給(lend)你。
