　　邀請信是邀請收信人參加某項活動的書信，包含三個方面：

　　1． 邀請對方參加活動的內(nèi)容、時間和地點；

　　2． 與該活動有關的注意事項；

　　3． 期待對方接受邀請，并可表示感謝。

Dear Linda,

　　We havent seen each other for six years after graduation. I am so glad to hear that you have graduated from UCLA and come back to work in Suzhou. If you are free this Saturday, please come to Shanghai and have a good time with me.

　　We can first go to the Century Park, where the flowers are all in blossom. Lets go boating on the lake -isnt it pleasant in the cool breeze? Then I will treat you to dinner at a western restaurant on Huaihai Road-it is small but really nice-Im sure you will enjoy it. After dinner, lets go to a concert-you are a music lover, arent you?

　　If you couldnt come, please notify me before Friday. If you can, please tell me which train you will take and I will meet you at the railway station.

　　邀請函格式

　　邀請函是邀請親朋好友或知名人士、專家等參加某項活動時所發(fā)的請約性書信。它是現(xiàn)實生活中常用的一種日常應用寫作文種。 邀請函的格式主要有四個部分，分別是標題、稱謂、正文、落款。

　　一、標題

　　由活動名稱和文種名組成，還可包括個性化的活動主題標語。如“XX公司年終客戶答謝會邀請函”�；顒又黝}標語可以體現(xiàn)舉辦方特有的企業(yè)文化特色。

　　二、稱謂

　　邀請函的稱謂使用“統(tǒng)稱”，并在統(tǒng)稱前加敬語。如 ，“尊敬的× × ×先生/女士”或“尊敬的× × ×總經(jīng)理(局長)”。

　　三、正文

　　邀請函的正文是指商務禮儀活動主辦方正式告知被邀請方舉辦活動的緣由、目的、事項及要求，寫明活動的日程安排、時間、地點，并對被邀請方發(fā)出得體、誠摯的邀請。正文結(jié)尾一般要寫常用的邀請慣用語。如“敬請光臨”、“歡迎光臨”。

　　四、落款

　　落款要寫明禮儀活動主辦單位的全稱和成文日期。
