　　Reluctant, 的意思是“不情愿的”。

　　比如： "The manager is very reluctant to help me," 經(jīng)理非常不愿意幫我的忙。再比如：數(shù)據(jù)顯示，美國年輕消費者對汽車的喜愛和重視程度比10年前降低了不少，為此， "To draw reluctant young buyers into the car market, General Motors is adjusting its media strategy," 通用汽車公司正在調(diào)整公關(guān)策略，吸引對買車沒什么熱情的年輕人。

　　"The Canadian Finance Minister says he's reluctant to tighten Canada's mortgage rules, as he prefers to let the market correct itself," 加拿大財政部長說，他不愿意收緊加拿大的房屋貸款政策，而是更愿意讓市場進(jìn)行自我調(diào)節(jié)。
