1. 俗話（古語(yǔ)）說，……：As an old saying goes/ As an old proverb says, ….

2. 據(jù)報(bào)道/據(jù)估計(jì)/據(jù)說/據(jù)信，……：It is reported/estimated/said/thought/believed that….
例句：It is estimated that it will take about three years to finish the project.
據(jù)估計(jì)，需要三年來(lái)完成這個(gè)項(xiàng)目。
3. 也就是說，……：In other words/Namely/To put it another way/ That is to say, ….
