1、基本信息填寫

2、所獲榮譽(yù)和興趣愛好
申請(qǐng)表的重頭戲還在第二部分的綜合信息。第一項(xiàng)往往是學(xué)術(shù)榮譽(yù)。緊接后面的課外活動(dòng)、志愿活動(dòng)、家庭活動(dòng)、興趣愛好一欄十分廣闊。你要明白美國(guó)大學(xué)的用意：學(xué)習(xí)是首當(dāng)其沖的基本條件，而各種社會(huì)活動(dòng)和興趣愛好更能體現(xiàn)申請(qǐng)人的個(gè)性、特長(zhǎng)、精力和合理安排時(shí)間的能力。
3、工作經(jīng)歷和活動(dòng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
接下的工作經(jīng)歷一項(xiàng)，有幾行表格，分為工作性質(zhì)、雇主、工作日期、每周工作時(shí)間等項(xiàng)，最后還有數(shù)行空白用來描述以上的工作中哪一個(gè)對(duì)你有著最大的意義，要說明為什么。
4、附加材料
