OCUD (Obsessive Cellphone Use Disorder) describes a person who continually talks on their cellphone in public, while driving, checking out, or eating in arestaurant.
OCUD(全稱Obsessive Cellphone UseDisorder，手機(jī)過度使用癥)指一個(gè)人一直在用手機(jī)打電話，無論開車、出門或是在餐館吃飯，都一直在打電話的狀態(tài)。
For example:
I wish that lady would get off her cellphone and watch the road. Gosh, she must have OCUD or something.
我真希望那位女士能放下手機(jī)看著點(diǎn)路。天啊，她一定得了手機(jī)過度使用癥啥的。
