小學英語閱讀：母親節(jié)快樂

　　I go to work as soon as we get home. Clifford watches me closely.

　　我一回到家就開始忙活。Clifford很認真的看著我。

　　He can't see where he is going. What a mess!

　　他到處鉆。簡直一團糟!

　　I help Clifford. But my card is really a mess. Now I have to do it again.

　　我要幫Clifford。但是我的卡片真的糟糕透了。我不得不重新做一張。

　　I get another idea. I sign the card with my handprint.

　　我想到了另外一個主意。我把手印印在卡片上。

　　I forget to close the top of the stamp pad. That is a mistake.

　　我忘記蓋印臺的蓋子。簡直是大錯特錯。

　　The next day we give Mom her presents. She loves them all. She sees the stamp pad on my sweater. But she doesn't worry about it. She knows what happened.

　　第二天我們把禮物送給了媽媽。媽媽很喜歡。她看到了我毛衣上的印臺。但是她一點都不關(guān)心。她知道怎么回事。

　　We take my sweater next door to Clifford's mother. It fits inside her basket. Now she has a Mother's Day gift, too.

　　我們把我的毛衣帶到隔壁Clifford媽媽那里。毛衣鋪在她的籃子里正合適。現(xiàn)在她也有了母親節(jié)的禮物了。

　　Even though Clifford grows up, he's still his mother's little puppy.

　　即使Clifford長大了，他還是媽媽的小寶寶。
