商務(wù)英語BEC寫作技巧
Part 1
這部分要求考生寫40-50詞的短信息，文體有通知、留言、備忘錄、電子郵件等。如：
l You are the General Manager of a large computer company. Next week you are going to Shanghai to discuss an important contract.
l Write a note to your secretary:
l Saying when you want to leave and return;
l Asking her to book flights;
l Telling her to which hotel to book a room.
l Write 40-50 words.
寫作時(shí)，考生首先要明白題目賦予寫作者的身份，然后確定短文中必須包含的題目指定的要求;再后考慮語言是否流暢，是否有語法錯(cuò)誤、拼寫錯(cuò)誤等。 Part 2
這部分要求考生寫120-140詞的商務(wù)信、報(bào)告、建議書等。
考生要熟悉有關(guān)抱怨、道歉、解釋、詢盤等商務(wù)信寫法;寫信時(shí)要注意信的格式，適當(dāng)?shù)胤侄螘?huì)使得看時(shí)感覺更好。一般一個(gè)主題成一段。
此外，還應(yīng)該熟悉非正式的商務(wù)短報(bào)告寫法，商務(wù)報(bào)告中一般要包括信息(findings/information)、結(jié)論(conclusions)、建議(suggestions/recommendation)等內(nèi)容。
文章的詞數(shù)最好按要求在120-140之間，稍微多幾個(gè)或少幾個(gè)影響不大。不過，最好按要求寫作。
考生寫作時(shí)，務(wù)必充分理解題目要求，明白寫作者的身份，看懂并結(jié)合提供的信息
