【V1】
一般認(rèn)為，服務(wù)型產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的同時(shí)，伴隨著制造性產(chǎn)業(yè)的萎縮，但實(shí)際上對(duì)某幾個(gè)發(fā)展中國(guó)(印度、巴基斯坦、斯里蘭卡啥的)的觀察，他們的服務(wù)行業(yè)和制造行業(yè)都處于上升趨勢(shì)，之后一整段分析了這個(gè)情況。
后面又講了南非，也是個(gè)正面案例，說(shuō)南非出臺(tái)的某政策對(duì)制造行業(yè)也有提升作用。。
問(wèn)題比較簡(jiǎn)單，注意迷惑選項(xiàng)，有提及developed country的選項(xiàng)，必錯(cuò)!本文通篇講developing country

P1:當(dāng)前各個(gè)國(guó)家的服務(wù)業(yè)都在高速發(fā)展。在發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家，服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展通常都伴隨著制造業(yè)的衰退。而在發(fā)展中國(guó)家，特別是在亞洲，則可以服務(wù)業(yè)與制造業(yè)同時(shí) 高速發(fā)展。P2:以印度、巴基斯坦、斯里蘭卡為例說(shuō)明這種情況的原因。一個(gè)原因是隨著人們收入的提高，品味和習(xí)慣都發(fā)生了改變，用在必需品的支出所占比例 在減少。(好像也解釋不了呀，狗主有點(diǎn)混亂了)。另一個(gè)原因是農(nóng)業(yè)仍然占經(jīng)濟(jì)的很大比重，這對(duì)制造業(yè)和服務(wù)業(yè)都有好處。好像就兩段。

我選D因?yàn)槲矣X(jué)得本文的重點(diǎn)不在發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家，第一段說(shuō)發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的事只是為了引出第二段發(fā)展中國(guó)家這朵奇葩，太牛了吧也!兩種industry齊頭并進(jìn)，政府speding還越來(lái)越多!
2、根據(jù)文章的表述，the primary industry do what function to the manufacture industry?
D 因?yàn)閠he primary industry 發(fā)展得enough，所以ensure the manufacture industry to extend.
選項(xiàng)不確定，內(nèi)容確定，就是原文一句話的改寫，很簡(jiǎn)單
3、根據(jù)文章的表述，發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的government spending符合下列哪種表述?我在CE兩個(gè)選項(xiàng)之間糾結(jié)

我選的第二項(xiàng)，應(yīng)該沒(méi)錯(cuò)
developing countries 的service sector和manufacture industry 可以共同發(fā)展，不像developedcountries 犧牲了manufacture industry 來(lái)發(fā)展service industry, 其中強(qiáng)調(diào)了government 對(duì)developing countries 這種發(fā)展的positive 影響。
這題的選項(xiàng)真得沒(méi)怎么看，當(dāng)時(shí)看到了developed country的govspending不相等于developing country這個(gè)選項(xiàng)就激動(dòng)的選了，現(xiàn)在想想，如果有developedcountry的gov spending多年未增加這項(xiàng)的話確實(shí)比較合適。

P1) A accepted trend: simultaneous increase in servicesector and manufacturing sector (this is background information). Developedcountries have trouble keeping manufacturing sector from declining whileservice sector improve. Developing countries like Sir Lanka, Vietnam? Another one,they can have both service sector and manufacturing sector increasingsimultaneously.
P2) Developing countries have primary sector as agriculture.Their governments can keep the simulateous increase in both service sector andmanufacturing sectors (this might be wrong, I am losing memory…) Importantpart: Developing country can reallocate more money to manufacturing sector andstill keep its primary sector stable (because primary sector is big/strongenough to stay stable). Also, developed countries such as the US can’t do that.The manufacturing sector in the US will decline when money gets reallocated toother sectors.
Pay attention to paragraph two because 2 out of 3 questions are from there. They will ask you comparsion questions and main idea. Also another question on how developing countries handle their investment in different sectors

P2里面第一句說(shuō)印度，巴基斯坦，斯里蘭卡說(shuō)明了這種情況。后面緊接著說(shuō)their primary industry (natural resources…) is slightly declining,but it is still the critical industry. 然后才接著說(shuō)幾個(gè)原因。
有一個(gè)問(wèn)題說(shuō)developed country的government spending 符合以下哪個(gè)：
確定選C 發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的government spending has a negative effect on manufactory industry.
定位文章第二段說(shuō)developing country’s government spending can increase the overalleconomy, but in developed country, 政府的spending是 shift fromthe manufactory industry.
