For one thing, we should frequently use it to enlighten the young.For another, we should cultivate the awareness of people that ________is /are very vital to us. Only by doing so, can we help to make our society a harmonious one to live in and only by doing so, can we become winner in the face of difficulties.
2)對(duì)于負(fù)面現(xiàn)象的建議
為了扭轉(zhuǎn)圖畫所反映的趨勢(shì)(現(xiàn)象)，采取嚴(yán)厲的措施勢(shì)在必行。我認(rèn)為，解決的辦法主要仰仗于個(gè)人(公民)與政府的共同努力。因此，提升公民意識(shí)與改善政府職能是解決問題最重要的兩大因素。此外，還需要完善與建立相關(guān)法律法規(guī)，對(duì)于法律法規(guī)在解決問題中的重要作用給予相應(yīng)關(guān)注。
It is imperative for us to take drastic measures to reverse the disturbing trend/phenomenon illustrated in the picture. Personally,the solution mainly relies on the joint efforts of individuals and authorities concerned.Thus, to boost civic consciousness and to better government function are the two most important factors of working out the problem. Besides what is mentioned above, it is necessary to pay due attention to the role played by laws and regulations,which require establishing or perfecting .

(1) 雖然還有很長(zhǎng)的路要走，我們的共同努力終將得到回報(bào)。
Though there is a long way to go, our combined efforts will be rewarded/ paid back.
(2) 隨著社會(huì)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展，這種趨勢(shì)在未來幾年中將得以繼續(xù)。我認(rèn)為，由于這一趨勢(shì)對(duì)個(gè)人及社會(huì)均有益，這是一種積極趨勢(shì)，應(yīng)該得到鼓勵(lì)。
As the society develops, the trend is bound to continue for a couple of years in the near/ forthcoming future. As far as I am concerned, it is a positive/ negative trend and should be stimulated/controlled, since it is beneficial not merely to individuals but to the whole society.
2) 消極預(yù)測(cè)
(1) 如果不加以制止，局面將每況愈下。
The situation, if unchecked, will lead to worse direction/ is going from bad to worse.
(2) 毫不夸張地說如果我們對(duì)現(xiàn)在的情況聽之任，我們將遭受巨大的損失。
It is not too much to say that if we let the situation continue as it is, we will suffer a greater destruction.
(3) 考慮到上述觀點(diǎn)，我們可以很自然地得出結(jié)論：這一既定的趨勢(shì)是積極/消極的，因此可以接受/無法接受。我堅(jiān)信這一趨勢(shì)在未來幾年將得以繼續(xù)/得到改變。
Taking into account what has been argued, we can come to the conclusion that this established trend is positive/negative and therefore acceptable/ unacceptable. And I am firmly certain that this trend will continue/change in the year to come.
3) 客觀預(yù)測(cè)
權(quán)衡利弊后，可能最好的方法是對(duì)其進(jìn)行監(jiān)管，最大化其優(yōu)點(diǎn)。同時(shí)，我們要避免它的危害。而且，應(yīng)該奉勸年輕人，過度沉溺于某事對(duì)他們的身心健康是不利的。
Weighing the pros and cons of both sides, perhaps the best policy is to regulate it in such a way as to maximize its advantages.At the same time, we must avoid its harmful part. Furthermore, young people should be advised that spending too much time doing so is bad for them.
