是否具有對(duì)其職業(yè)的綜合反思能力

Due to the comprehensiveness of China’s “reform and open” policies,economics plays an increasingly important role in the development of its globalposition. Though more and more companies built,management of companies cannotcatch up with the development of the companies. Management is a burgeoning fieldin China,so I hope I can acquire more modern knowledge on management inEngland. The roots of my strong interest in business can be traced back to mychildhood. My father was among the first of China’s new breed of modernentrepreneurs. As a young girl,it was inspirational hearing about his businessventures,and meeting the varied and interesting circle of entrepreneurs. Mymother was also involved in business as an accountant,helping him with simplecalculations. And so it was early in my life that I hoped I,also,would somedaybe able to enter the realm of business.
With the time of growing up,I preferred reading books to satisfy mycuriosity. I never ceased to contemplate over the questions I encountered.Subjects on business and management became a special fascination to me and myknowledge of psychology as well as interest in this field was increasingrapidly.
As a high school student in China,I had to concentrate on the CollegeEntrance Examination (CEE),even so,books not related to the exams were neverexcluded from my life. Unfortunately when sitting in the exam in June,xx,Iwas so nervous that I didn’t score well in the CEE exam. I enrolled in thedepartment of Computer Science in Zhejiang College of Traditional ChineseMedicine. Ishould manage not only the finance in the shop but also the employees in my shopeven made some strategies to enlarge the business in my shop to hold on the runthe shop. 申請(qǐng)日本留學(xué)的途徑
1、讀日本語(yǔ)言學(xué)�！毡敬髮W(xué)
日本語(yǔ)言學(xué)校主要是針對(duì)沒(méi)有日語(yǔ)水平和有一點(diǎn)日語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)的同學(xué)去日本留學(xué)開(kāi)設(shè)的學(xué)校，語(yǔ)言學(xué)校除了教授日語(yǔ)外還會(huì)輔導(dǎo)學(xué)生如何選擇大學(xué)和專業(yè)，甚至還會(huì)安排入學(xué)考試前的培訓(xùn)面試等等(包括日文寫(xiě)作及面試輔導(dǎo)等)。這樣你可以考入一所優(yōu)秀的日本大學(xué)，而不是在國(guó)內(nèi)取得那些三四流類大學(xué)的文憑。大家不用擔(dān)心考不上大學(xué)，日本大學(xué)很多，在國(guó)內(nèi)都能去讀，何況到了日本。如果你想日本留學(xué)有所作為的話，去語(yǔ)言學(xué)校，將來(lái)考一所國(guó)公立大學(xué)，找工作也相對(duì)容易。除了國(guó)公立大學(xué)，有些私立大學(xué)也很不錯(cuò)，但學(xué)費(fèi)昂貴。

如果不想浪費(fèi)時(shí)間，想去日本直接讀大學(xué)，而又不想在國(guó)內(nèi)讀日語(yǔ)，那就去讀專門(mén)學(xué)校的日語(yǔ)學(xué)科，這個(gè)專業(yè)只要求日語(yǔ)4級(jí)(JLPT-4)就可以去日本，如果期間還想讀大學(xué)可以插入日本大學(xué)二年級(jí)或三年級(jí)(需要折算以前的學(xué)分決定進(jìn)入幾年級(jí))。編入的專業(yè)一般都是同專業(yè)，主要考察日語(yǔ)和專業(yè)課，如果跨專業(yè)編入，通過(guò)幾率較小。這也是給一些想節(jié)省時(shí)間的同學(xué)提出的小建議。
3、直升日本大學(xué)
日本大學(xué)要求日語(yǔ)二級(jí)(N2)就可以申請(qǐng)了。想必學(xué)過(guò)日語(yǔ)的朋友都知道你考出二級(jí)的水平，根本沒(méi)有辦法跟上日本大學(xué)的課程。一方面要學(xué)日語(yǔ)，一方面要打工掙錢(qián)，一方面還有大學(xué)的課程，你會(huì)手忙腳亂的。建議是考出一級(jí)(N1)再去申請(qǐng)。要不就直接去語(yǔ)言學(xué)校鍛煉半年到一年，這樣經(jīng)費(fèi)也有了，日語(yǔ)也達(dá)到要求了。
4、讀日本大學(xué)預(yù)科→日本大學(xué)
事實(shí)上，日本預(yù)科班也會(huì)像語(yǔ)言學(xué)校一樣安排備考“日本留學(xué)試驗(yàn)”的輔導(dǎo)課程，但在日本，設(shè)立預(yù)科的院校較少，通常只有私立大學(xué)才設(shè)立，不過(guò)有些預(yù)科班有一定的局限性，比如會(huì)限制學(xué)生的升學(xué)選擇，規(guī)定學(xué)生日后升學(xué)只允許入讀該預(yù)科班所在的大學(xué)。而且預(yù)科班除了日語(yǔ)課程以外還安排其他基礎(chǔ)課程，全天制上課，學(xué)生打工時(shí)間不多。生活方面沒(méi)有更好的保障。預(yù)科班在每年的4月和10月開(kāi)學(xué)，語(yǔ)言學(xué)校的學(xué)制更加靈活，在每年的1、4、7、10月開(kāi)學(xué)。語(yǔ)言學(xué)校和大學(xué)預(yù)科的學(xué)費(fèi)相差不大，但就簽證成功率而言，語(yǔ)言學(xué)校的簽證成功率比預(yù)科學(xué)校高。
日本留學(xué)修士申請(qǐng)途徑
一般日本留學(xué)申請(qǐng)途徑分為語(yǔ)言學(xué)校過(guò)渡直接考修士、研究生預(yù)科考修士、SGU(英文項(xiàng)目)。
1，語(yǔ)言學(xué)校過(guò)渡直接考修士：是經(jīng)由日本法務(wù)省公認(rèn)的主要用來(lái)接受外國(guó)留學(xué)生的.日本語(yǔ)教育機(jī)構(gòu)，比較適合本科生(日語(yǔ)零基礎(chǔ)或者沒(méi)有N2以上)的同學(xué)。其特點(diǎn)為可以有充足的時(shí)間來(lái)提高自己的日語(yǔ)能力，并且學(xué)校里有很多留學(xué)生可以方便溝通從而獲得的留學(xué)資訊。但同時(shí)這也是不好的一點(diǎn)，學(xué)校留學(xué)生多難免魚(yú)龍混雜需要自己多留個(gè)心眼，要時(shí)刻拉高警報(bào)，自己是去留學(xué)的，不要被不上進(jìn)的人誤導(dǎo)。
2，研究生預(yù)科考修士：研究生申請(qǐng)指的在國(guó)內(nèi)申請(qǐng)修士的前期課程，適用于有N2以上的本科生或有一定日語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)的本科生。需要準(zhǔn)備語(yǔ)言成績(jī)，初期材料(包括個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷、畢業(yè)及學(xué)位取得證明(或者畢業(yè)及學(xué)位預(yù)定取得證明)、成績(jī)單、推薦信、照片、印章等)。之后還需要聯(lián)系教授，日本大部分院校招收研究生時(shí)采取“導(dǎo)師內(nèi)諾制”，教授具有絕對(duì)的話語(yǔ)權(quán)，教授只要同意接收學(xué)生，學(xué)校教務(wù)科一般都會(huì)給學(xué)生下錄取通知書(shū)。跟教授聯(lián)系的時(shí)間，一般是出愿開(kāi)始半年前，這一階段教授對(duì)于自己要幾個(gè)學(xué)生比較有數(shù)，最晚也要在出愿截止前1-2周。得到教授內(nèi)諾后，接下來(lái)需要準(zhǔn)備是為了拿到學(xué)校入學(xué)許可書(shū)及合格通知書(shū)準(zhǔn)備的工作，稱為出愿，要想出愿，需要一個(gè)很關(guān)鍵的東西，叫做“募集要項(xiàng)”。募集要項(xiàng)上面會(huì)明確寫(xiě)明出愿時(shí)間、出愿地點(diǎn)及出愿提交材料等。出愿結(jié)束后，學(xué)校會(huì)安排統(tǒng)一的時(shí)間來(lái)開(kāi)“教授會(huì)”，教授會(huì)通過(guò)后，學(xué)校一般都會(huì)發(fā)行正式的“入學(xué)許可書(shū)”或“合格通知書(shū)”。
3，日本SGU英語(yǔ)項(xiàng)目：Super Global University(超級(jí)國(guó)際化大學(xué))，是日本文部科學(xué)省在20xx年推出的Global30(G30)計(jì)劃的后續(xù)升級(jí)版。旨在通過(guò)全英文項(xiàng)目，教學(xué)、研討、論文全過(guò)程英文完成為目標(biāo)，吸引海外留學(xué)生，增加學(xué)生國(guó)家化比例，提高學(xué)校排名。其特點(diǎn)是需要申請(qǐng)人英語(yǔ)水平高(托福考到90以上，雅思考到6.0以上)部分學(xué)校要求GRE/GMAT成績(jī);還有成績(jī)單、推薦信、畢業(yè)證等基本材料;并且需要申請(qǐng)人是本科畢業(yè)生(有畢業(yè)證及學(xué)位證，自考學(xué)歷不可以)，申請(qǐng)時(shí)間通常情況下需要提前一年左右。但可選擇的學(xué)校和專業(yè)有限，畢業(yè)后就業(yè)會(huì)成為一個(gè)大難題，如果這是想身臨其境的感受一下日本文化就還好，否則顯然就失去了赴日留學(xué)極大的意義。
