Learning to swim is difficult for a man who is not in the water. Mainly because there is no confidence, fear of choking water. Summer vacation, I took part in the swimming class, under the guidance of the teacher, I took my swim ring, water through no longer afraid of choking water, then abandoned the swim ring, practice floating, after a hard practice, I set up the confidence, finally learned to floating. One day, my mother and I came to jinmao international club together with my friends. We do warm-up exercise, went under the water, the water temperature is 28 degrees, but none is so high, I feel a little cold, but we still insist on swimming for three hours, it is because I often practise at home to enhance physical fitness, so would like this. The pool was full of water and could not see anything, but I floated up through the buoyancy belt, and I swam hard and swam to the other side. When I climbed ashore, I felt very proud.
