When summer comes, the air is stuffy and the temperature is so high. Thanks to the invention of air-condition, people are no longer suffer to the hot weather, they can stay at the indoors and enjoy the coolness that air-condition brings. But the problem comes, when people count on air-condition for a long time, their bodies will be weaker. Some people feel dizzy and have no strength to do their work, some people are easy to catch the cold. All of these symptoms are typical illness which is from air condition. Though air-condition brings us comfort, we will get sick if we use it all the time. We need to go outside often, even is hot, what’s more, taking exercise is needed. The natural environment is suitable for us to live in, we can’t count on air-condition for a long time.
當(dāng)夏天到來(lái)的時(shí)候，空氣很悶熱，氣溫也很高。多虧了空調(diào)的.發(fā)明，人們?cè)僖膊挥萌淌軔灍岬奶鞖�，他們可以呆在室�?nèi)，享受著空調(diào)帶來(lái)的涼意。但是問(wèn)題也來(lái)了，當(dāng)人們長(zhǎng)時(shí)間依賴(lài)空調(diào)，他們的身體會(huì)變?nèi)�。一些人感到眩暈，沒(méi)有力氣去工作，一些人很容易感冒。所有的這些癥狀都是空調(diào)帶來(lái)的典型病。雖然空調(diào)給我們帶來(lái)了舒適，但是如果我們長(zhǎng)時(shí)間使用空調(diào)，就會(huì)生病。我們需要經(jīng)常走出室外，即使天氣很熱，也需要參加鍛煉。自然的環(huán)境是最適合我們居住的，我們不能長(zhǎng)時(shí)間依賴(lài)空調(diào)。
