1、“What can you tell me about yourself？” （“關(guān)于你自己，你能告訴我些什么？”）
This is not an invitation to give your life history. The interviewer is looking for clues about your character， qualifications， ambitions， and motivations.
這一問(wèn)題如果面試沒(méi)有安排自我介紹的時(shí)間的話。這是一個(gè)必問(wèn)的問(wèn)題�？脊俨⒉幌Ｍ愦笳勀愕膫�(gè)人歷史。是在尋找有關(guān)你性格、資歷、志向和生活動(dòng)力的線索。來(lái)判斷你是否適合讀MBA。
The following is a good example of a positive response. “In high school I was involved in competitive sports and I always tried to improve in each sport I participated in. As a college student， I worked in a clothing store part-time and found that I could sell things easily. The sale was important， but for me， it was even more important to make sure that the customer was satisfied. It was not long before customers came back to the store and specifically asked for me to help them. I‘m very competitive and it means a lot to me to be the best.”

Know what you can realistically accomplish. You can find out by talking to others MBA about what they accomplished in their first five years with a particular company after graduation.
“I hope to do my best I can be at my job and because many in this line of work are promoted to area manager， I am planning on that also.” 你要清楚你實(shí)際上能勝任什么。你可以事先和其他的MBA 交流一番。問(wèn)問(wèn)他們?cè)诋厴I(yè)后在公司的頭5年都做了些什么。

This is a real opportunity to toot your own horn. Do not brag or get too egotistical， but let the employer know that you believe in yourself and that you know your strengths.

”I feel that my strongest asset is my ability to stick to things to get them done. I feel a real sense of accomplishment when I finish a job and it turns out just as I’d planned. I‘ve set some high goals for myself. For example， I want to graduate with highest distinction. And even though I
had a slow start in my freshman year， I made up for it by doing an honor’s thesis.“

4. “What is your greatest weakness？”（“你最大的弱點(diǎn)是什么？”） You cannot avoid this question by saying that you do not have any， everyone has weaknesses.
The best approach is to admit your weakness but show that you are working on it and have a plan to overcome it. If possible， cite a weakness that will work to the company‘s advantage. “I’ m such a perfectionist that I won‘t stop until a job is well done.
你不應(yīng)該說(shuō)你沒(méi)有任何弱點(diǎn)，以此來(lái)回避這個(gè)問(wèn)題；每個(gè)人都有弱點(diǎn)。最佳策略是承認(rèn)你的弱點(diǎn)，但同時(shí)表明你在予以改進(jìn)，并有克服弱點(diǎn)的計(jì)劃。

Never apologize for what you have done.
”I think I did well in school. In fact， in a number of courses I received the highest exam scores in the class.“ ”As an intern for the X Company， I received some of the highest evaluations that had been given in years.

【問(wèn)】Please introduce yourself.（自我介紹）
面試者常常以這樣的問(wèn)題開始。記住，這不是英語(yǔ)課上的self-introduction，面試官們想要聽到的不是你的個(gè)人生活，而是你的工作技巧。因此，不要說(shuō)一些無(wú)意義的話，"I was born in Taipei," "I like to play computer games," 或是 "I have two brothers." 告訴面試官們有關(guān)你職業(yè)生涯的發(fā)展，或是你從過(guò)去的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)中學(xué)到的東西。
【問(wèn)】Do you have any actual work experience？（你有實(shí)際的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)嗎？）
如果尚未開始工作，就可以回答“Right now I'm still a student.”（現(xiàn)在我還是個(gè)學(xué)生。）或者說(shuō)“I'm a recent grad and I haven't started working yet.”（我剛剛畢業(yè)，還沒(méi)有開始工作。）“recent grad”是“recent graduate”的縮寫，意思是剛剛畢業(yè)。如果你有工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，哪怕僅僅是學(xué)生時(shí)代的part-time job，也不要謙虛，大膽講出來(lái)。比起沒(méi)有任何經(jīng)驗(yàn)的green hand，用人單位自然是更喜歡experienced person。
【問(wèn)】What is your greatest weakness？（你最大的缺點(diǎn)是什么？）
西方老板特別愛(ài)問(wèn)這個(gè)問(wèn)題，讓面試者感到很緊張。事實(shí)上，他問(wèn)這個(gè)問(wèn)題是看你對(duì)棘手問(wèn)題的反應(yīng)。你沒(méi)必要如實(shí)回答你的弱點(diǎn)，因?yàn)槟怯锌赡茏屇愕貌坏竭@份工作。所以，要么你告訴他們一些與工作不直接相關(guān)的弱點(diǎn)，但更加聰明的做法是“明貶實(shí)褒”，繼續(xù)推銷你自己！不過(guò)，切忌只是簡(jiǎn)單的羅列，如："I'm really organized, punctual and get along well with others."，一定要給出具體的例子，"For example " 并解釋你在之前的工作中是如何運(yùn)用此特長(zhǎng)的。

這時(shí)候你要充分發(fā)揮你的“自夸”本領(lǐng)。你可以講述一些簡(jiǎn)歷資料里面沒(méi)有包括的技能；或者是再詳細(xì)強(qiáng)調(diào)一下你的特長(zhǎng)。而通過(guò)這個(gè)問(wèn)題，雇主們更想知道你能帶給公司什么。因此，不要以"Umm," "I don't know," "It seemed like a good career move," 或是 "I haven't been able to find anything else interesting." 來(lái)回答他們，而是要讓他們了解你很清
楚公司的運(yùn)營(yíng)模式以及你對(duì)此工作非常有積極性。
【問(wèn)】Why did you leave your last job? （你為什么辭掉了之前的一份工作？）
可能你上一份工作非常的糟糕，但是面試并不是談?wù)撨@個(gè)問(wèn)題的合適的場(chǎng)合。就算是真的，也不要對(duì)你現(xiàn)有的或是過(guò)去的雇主或是同事進(jìn)行負(fù)面還是武斷的評(píng)論："I didn't agree with the company's direction," "I got no recognition for my work," "My boss was totally unreasonable." 象這樣的評(píng)論會(huì)讓你聽起來(lái)不可理喻。
【問(wèn)】What kind of salary did you have in mind?（你希望拿多少薪水？）
是不是覺(jué)得這個(gè)問(wèn)題挺棘手的？如果你不好意思提出要求，或者想給雇主一個(gè)比較謙虛的印象，你可以說(shuō)Money is important, but the challenge as well as the responsibility that goes along with this job is what interests me the most.（薪水固然重要，但這工作伴隨而來(lái)的挑戰(zhàn)和責(zé)任更吸引我。）當(dāng)然，你也可以用較調(diào)侃地語(yǔ)氣暗示你未來(lái)的老板，你希望薪水不要太低，To be frank and open with you, I like this job, but I have a family to support.（坦白地說(shuō)，我喜歡這份工作，不過(guò)我必須要負(fù)擔(dān)我的家庭。）
【問(wèn)】If hired, when could you start work? （如果雇傭的話，你什么時(shí)候開始工作？） 回答這個(gè)問(wèn)題時(shí)。一定要注意！不要說(shuō)我馬上可以工作。那會(huì)讓對(duì)方認(rèn)為你非常迫切地需要這份工作。一個(gè)非常保險(xiǎn)的回答可以是“I can start at the beginning of next month.”（我下月初可以開始上班。）
【問(wèn)】Do you have any questions for me? （你有什么問(wèn)題要問(wèn)的嗎？）
面試官通常以此問(wèn)題結(jié)束面試。詢問(wèn)具體的問(wèn)題以顯示你非常了解該公司，但卻希望了解更多的內(nèi)容。不要問(wèn)那些你早就該知道答案的問(wèn)題，例如，"What does your company do?" 或是"Could you tell me your name again?" 此外，不要問(wèn)薪水或是和假期相關(guān)的問(wèn)題："When do you give raises?" "How much vacation time can I expect?" 在聽到了他們告訴你，"We'd like to offer you the job."才去問(wèn)此類的問(wèn)題。
這里還有幾個(gè)最簡(jiǎn)單的要訣，說(shuō)不定對(duì)你的臨場(chǎng)表現(xiàn)有幫助。
★ 多用動(dòng)詞和簡(jiǎn)單的短句。短句除了可以直接、清楚地表達(dá)自己的想法，也會(huì)讓面試官覺(jué)得，你是個(gè)有行動(dòng)力、做事明確的人。
★ 避免非正式用詞，并注意禮節(jié)。 最好不要使用像“you guys”這樣的非正式的字眼，讓面試官覺(jué)得不夠穩(wěn)重。另外，除非主考官請(qǐng)你直呼其名，例如“You can call me John”，否則還是應(yīng)該尊稱對(duì)方的姓。
★ 千萬(wàn)不要為了準(zhǔn)備接下來(lái)要講的話，而顯得心不在焉。在英語(yǔ)面試之前，應(yīng)該先準(zhǔn)備好自己要回答的內(nèi)容，面試當(dāng)中，才能專注聆聽主考官講的話，而不是在心里盤算下一句該講什么，讓面試官覺(jué)得你看起來(lái)沒(méi)有自信或準(zhǔn)備不足。
